AN UNPLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE AT SUN 1 BEREA

The experience at SUN 1 Berea for 3 days, was highly uncomfortable, discouraging and shocking. I had booked the three days stay for my brother and his family. The room on the first floor, had no good ventilation as the air conditioner was not functioning, TV remote also had problems and not even a small table fridge was present in the room etc.[ No intercom in the room, so for every problems or complaints, you needed to leave your room and report to the reception to formally lodge such complaints. The staffs disposition was also weird and unreasonable. I can go on and on to narrate the unpleasant experience or ordeal.

A revoir!

Il n'y a l'internet que dans l'espace public et le client n'a droit qu'à 150 MB par jour, mais c'est très nul tout ça. De nos jours, l'internet est indispensable dans presque tout ce que nous faisons donc ne le limiter que dans l'espace public et ne donner que 150 MB par jour, ne rendra jamais SUN 1 BEREA compétitif. Le petit déjeuner est trop simple pour R 55. Il serait mieux que l'hôtel envisage de l'offrir gratuitement. A recevoir Internet et petit déjeuner. Il faudra sécuriser le client, le processus d'ouverture de la barrière est longue et on peut se faire agresser.
