Quiet, nice environment, clean, some technical maintenance needed.

Have been there several weeks: + essentially very quiet (depending on the direct neighbor tenants) + very nice garden + very fast WiFi + safe environment + a lot of space + kitchen has many appliances + Sandton City Center was easy and safe to reach on foot + very friendly and helpful staff - some maintenance backlog (e.g. roof, kitchen) +/- little modern furnishings, but "original"
