First off, there are rude Indians, (dot, not feather) running the place, broken down cars with flat tires parked in the lots, stairwells smelled like homeless people lived in 'em, the carpet in the rooms made our feet turn black while barefoot, TV remote didn't work, missing pictures in the rooms, trash and cigarette butts everywhere outside, filthy, unswimmable pool, cleaning people were worthless, couldn't speak a lick of English, people hanging out outside smoking dope, no "continental breakfast", NEED I SAY MORE?!? THE PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKED, IT RUINED OUR ENTIRE TRIP!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS DUMP!!! 👎

Very affordable. Close to mini dining and shopping options. Friendly staff and they have a good breakfast buffet for the price. You cannot beat it. Also, in my experience the cleanliness was on point

Not senior citizen friendly!

We asked for a first floor room when I made the reservation— we were given 2nd floor and there were no elevators. Check in took over 20 minutes. Clerk had to go make sure the room had been cleaned at 7:00 pm. Construction workers stayed there and had several parking spots filled with trailers with equipment on them Sheets on the bed were NASTY! Clerk came up and looked and brought us clean sheets. Fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed. I was tucking in flat sheets at 1:00 in the morning! I stopped at front desk the next morning and the morning clerks were horrified at my news. She assured me it would be taken care of before we returned that night and it was. We have no plans to ever book at Baymont again!

No elevator, meager breakfast

Went to Johnson City for my daughter's graduation from ETSU, Baymont did not ruin the trip, but it certainly didn't make it better. Would not recommend, hotel has no elevator so I have no idea how they are ADA compliant. My mother reserved a first floor room and was told when she got there, she had a 2nd floor room. She has to use a walker to walk, how was she going to get to a 2nd floor room??? Finally after 2-3 hours she was given a 1st floor room like she reserved and should have had from the beginning. My room had the noisiest fridge on the planet. Almost impossible to sleep with it turning on and off all night. Tried to cancel 2nd night on the 8th, website wouldn't let me and manager was no help in resolving the issue. The breakfast was mostly cold and in the dreariest room in the hotel. Will not stay at a Baymont ever again and recommend others stay away too.
