The living room welcomes you with a plush couch, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a smart TV with soundbar—though the real soundtrack here is birdsong and breeze. A tucked-away sitting nook for two, with a small table, offers the perfect perch for morning journaling or quiet conversation.



The kitchen is compact yet thoughtfully appointed, featuring both drip and Keurig coffee options, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for two. Gather at the dining table for six to enjoy slow meals, good wine, and even better company. Outside, the soul of the property truly comes alive. A quiet sitting area in the yard invites you to watch deer pass through the trees or take in panoramic hilltop views as the sun sets. You may even spot a bison grazing in the distance.
