The Light House I Pool, Hot tub, Views on 2001 Hill Country acres!

Welcome to "The Lighthouse" at Lighthouse Hill Ranch, where your Texas Hill Country getaway reaches new heights—literally! Perched atop a prominent hill with stunning 50-mile vistas, this 86-foot tall architectural marvel combines German-inspired design with a Lone Star state flair, offering a truly unique experience.

Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, "The Lighthouse" comfortably sleeps 9 guests, with additional sleeping space available for up to 15 guests. Step inside to discover a spacious great room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen nestled within limestone rock arches, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Gather around the 10-foot solid wood dining table for memorable feasts or unwind in the comfortable living area adorned with leather furnishings and a 50-inch flat-screen TV.

The first floor boasts two bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, offering picturesque views of the negative edge pool. The second bedroom on this level also features a king-size bed and stunning southern vistas. Ascend to the second floor to find a cozy bedroom with twin beds and a secret room designed especially for children's adventures.

On the third floor, discover another bedroom with twin and full beds, leading up to the pièce de résistance—the fourth-floor observatory. With its eight-sided design and large windows, this observatory provides unparalleled stargazing opportunities, complemented by a convenient wet bar for celestial cocktails.

Outside, indulge in private amenities, including a negative edge pool with a built-in hot tub and a slide for the kids and kids at heart. Lounge on the stone deck beside the pool, where a propane fire pit sets the scene for starlit evenings. Enjoy outdoor sports on the court, featuring tennis, basketball, and volleyball, or gather around the wood fire pit for a cozy bonfire. (The sports court is BYOB - bring your own balls.)

During your stay, embrace the shared outdoor amenities of Lighthouse Hill Ranch, where adventure and relaxation converge. Delight in the serenity of over 4,000 feet of clear rock-bottom creek, perfect for swimming and tubing adventures under the Texas sun. Cast your line into one of the eight fishing ponds scattered throughout the ranch, offering a tranquil escape for anglers of all levels. Spend the day exploring the miles of trails for ATV rides*, biking, and hiking.

For an enchanting retreat, discover the Creekside waterfall and grotto, where the soothing sounds of cascading water beckon you to unwind amidst nature's beauty. Immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of this hidden gem, shared with all guests staying on the ranch, providing a serene sanctuary for relaxation and reflection.

Beyond the ranch, in Johnson City, adventure awaits. Immerse yourself in the rich cultural tapestry of this charming town by exploring its historic landmarks, such as the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park, where you can step back in time and learn about the life and legacy of the 36th President of the United States. Dive into the vibrant arts scene at local galleries and studios, or embark on a culinary journey, savoring farm-to-table cuisine and regional specialties at quaint cafes and restaurants. 3rd Time Did Not Disapoint

This was our third time staying here over the past 9 years and it's still one of the coolest places to stay.
