Great experience

Room is comfortable and breakfast variety is massive. Staff members are friendly while checking in and out procedures are seamless. Alhamdulillah. Can see why it’s a favourite with many.

1. The room is spacious and clean 2. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming including the lobby staff. 3. The breakfast spread is good with variety of food choices. However, our plates were not cleared fast due to lack of staff. Besides, there were a big crowd during breakfast as there were people who came for a conference there.

The room size is good. But three air con control isn't very good. Either too cold or too warmth. Staff were friendly. Had stayed here a few times. The play room has a pool table , pc and football table which needs some refresh.

I am writing to formally lodge a bad experience regarding my recent stay in a suite (#1820) at Amari Johor Bahru from 9–11 August. We are not aware of any exclusive perks that we could have enjoyed., After check-in, it was only when I called the hotel staff to check if breakfast was included, that we knew this entitlement. There was no mention whatsoever of the other suite privileges. We only learned about these additional benefits at check-out, after we gave feedback that the Level 20 breakfast was very limited. Because of this lapse in communication, we were denied the opportunity to enjoy the full benefits that we paid for. The suite rate we booked was significantly higher than standard rooms precisely because of these added privileges. Not being informed of them from the start is not only unfair but also represents a clear failure to deliver the experience. No response even as we emailed them since 11/8.

Our first time staying at Amari JB! It was a pleasant stay, surprised by the huge room and super comfy bed! Just opposite Komtar mall & easy access to nearby Brunch place (western or local breakfast) both available. Would love to stay here again
