AC was notably working a lot better than other hotels in the vicinity. Clean rooms, breakfast was good albeit lesser choices than others.

fourth stay and will still be back. room is spacious and comfortable with a lot of dining options at the surrounding. For this price, it was definitely a good catch. Service staff should smile more and be more welcoming.

A hotel with big and clean rooms. Lots of dining options are available, with a 7-Eleven just a block away. Ample parking space. You will need to inform the front desk every time you drive your car out. Quite troublesome.

Great improvement in the TV program selections, it will be better if you can include CNA (Channel News Asia) for guests to keep in touch with current affairs. Pls also replace old & flat towels with new fluffy ones. We stayed in 2 different room types & notice the quality of towels were different.

Excellent choice for its price and location. Room is clean. Breakfast can give a miss, wasnt bothered since there are many other food choices around. The pillow is way too high and cause stiff neck after a night of sleep. Hope the hotel can look into it and provide more alternatives. Other than that this is my go-to hotel whenever i visit JB.
