check in was smooth, although we arrived pretty late in the night. the apartment was quite clean, and it’s very big. suitable for families to go. the wardrobes have a musty smell though, could be cause it’s seldom aired. but overall still a pretty nice place to stay in. recommended if travelling in a big group

We are very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, smelt good, nice view. So welcoming. So homely. Worth every cent. Checking in and out was a breeze. All appliances in good working order. Clean fresh towels provided. Highly, highly recommend!

Awesome service

Awesome and big spacious! Honestly it was our first time to stay in apartment. We really liked it and feel like home. The staff is a efficient service as she liaised me throughout that we lost the way. But we like to give feedback that there are no kettle.

We booked 2 apartments & both had cockroaches. We had an unpleasant night having to deal with cockroaches all night as they were crawling all over the beds. There was no spray bidet spray in the toilets. Totally disappointed. There are also additional charges for late checkout which some other apartments does not charge.

Bed & linens have a very lovely scent & pleasant feel. Wish there were little soap pieces to wash our hands with & hand towels to dry our hands with. Our first-time experience- definitely won’t be the last

Property is quite new but a few things about the condition and amenities required to improve. 1) Sound proofing really bad. We stayed in 23rd floor but can hear clearly the techno/disco music playing whole night long (up to at least 4am very night!) from the club opposite building even with the window shut. 2) Rain shower not connected to the heater - only cold water 3) no suitable kitchen utensils provided - there was a microwave oven but there's no plates/ bowls that we could use to heat up as all were pvc/melamine ware! And there was a stove but with only a rustic wok and no others pots.

Hi.. We have a pleasant stay during our 3 Days 2 Nites in Pinnacle Tower. Chk in was a breeze, we are allocated a high floor unit with great unblocked view. It was a 3 bedrooms unit. Unit is spacious, nice n well kept. Caraprk spaces are big n ample. On general, it deserves a Thumbs Up!! All the best!

Very friendly front desk staff. Clean rooms and toilets. Very spacious living room. However, extremely disappointed that WiFi wasn't available as per stated. Neither was I informed beforehand on this. Mobile signal was very bad in the apartment. Public lifts were scary, sinks a little every time someones steps in.
