Smooth check in. Room is comfortable, however lack of some amenities. Tissue box is only in the toilet and shower door is not tight, cause water to flow out when showering. Booked room with pool view, but pool was under maintenance - wasn’t informed in email or upfront during check in. Should improve on this. Other than that, hotel is linked to mall so it’s convenient.

Location is good. Paradigm Mall is just below the hotel and tons to do in the mall. Room is clean and sufficient for few nights stay. Good value for money and tip top cleanliness

The stay was comfortable and the hotel has convenient access to the mall which has many good eateries and shops that cater to all. Just that the swimming pool was under renovation during my stay should have been highlighted to our attention.

Pool under renovation until July.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The gym is of decent size. Parking cost RM 6 per entry. We were quite disappointed to be told that the pool was closed for renovations. It was not mentioned beforehand, only upon checkin. We probably would have chosen another hotel.

All else is perfect except for the Sahur menu which is quite abysmal and dissapointing. Was expecting better food spread. Other hotels in comparison provided much better spread. Me and family frequent JB alot so would like to see if the hotel management can further improve this shortcomings.

Was hoping that the hotel would offer room service. It was during Ramadan and I was travelling with a toddler. It was quite troublesome to go out and buy food and bring it back to the hotel just to feed my child as they do not offer room service and only dine-in.

Nice and friendly hotel

Hotel was good and price was very reasonable. Location is also convenient. Only slight downside was if we did not need to pay for parking, though there is a flat rate fee. Also, tried to request for adjoining rooms and baby cot prior to arrival, but there was no reply from the hotel. Overall a great stay. Will still come back if needed.
