Our stay this time round as compared to 9 months ago is so much better. Every single staff whom we met were super helpful. Facilities also seemed to have gotten better. Just have to be careful while driving as the light right before turning into the hotel isn’t working and have to beware of traffic

We chose this hotel because it’s very kids-friendly, and the staff were truly kind and welcoming. It’s also extremely convenient for visiting Legoland, which we really appreciated. However, I’m not sure what happened, but the power went out four times during the night. It was quite scary and made it difficult to rest properly. I hope the hotel can look into this issue to prevent it from happening again.

My son was delighted with this accommodation. There were friendly staff at the entrance, and a children's play area right inside the entrance. The dinner buffet was delicious and very satisfying. The room design was great, but it was a bit damp and the cleanliness was a bit of a concern. The frogs croaking at night were a bit of a problem, but the hotel was so enjoyable that my son said he wanted to stay there again, and the staff were also wonderful.

Over all are good, staffs are friendly, especially Jeslin at reception counter, helps me a lot. The room is clean and the little boy likes the Lego treasure. Hotel is just next to theme parks, easy to change clothes when the boy gets wet.

We stayed recently for a 2nd time (and probably last time) at the Legoland hotel. Although the hotel staff is extremely nice, and the breakfast is amazing (along with appearances of the Lego Chef); however, the rooms and the hotel are in real need of renovations. The rooms feel outdated, and things don’t work the way they should. Shower area in our bathroom was uneven, because of this water would drain outside to the drain next to the toilet rather than flowing to the shower drain. It made the bathroom floor mat as well as area around toilet very wet. Also, I still don’t understand that why there’s only one soap dispenser at only the kids wash basin. Most likely we will opt for other options next time which are in better condition, more spacious and offer more value for money.
