Only the housekeeping and security staff are friendly and professional. The front liners arent friendly, courteous or professional. They need to understand they are service providers. Our key card was locked at 11.42am. Even before our check out time. Someone from security had to call front desk to charge the door opener as the battery was flat, so that the door can open. The bathroom wasnt clean well. Too inconvenient. Im definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Usually stay here when I come in form SG with my wife. Very convenient location as it’s attached to Mid Valley Mall. Rooms are spacious and clean. Gym and pool are adequate. Breakfast options run out and take a bit long to refill.
