ABSOLUTE BEACH - Just a fews step to the beach

The pathway to the villa is laid with small indigenous pebbles, plants and tropical flowers border the pathway, coconut palm trees surround the villa creating an oasis.

The main entrance door opens up to a stunning large, light and airy room, but the first thing you see is the picture postcard view stretching out in front of you.

The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable off-white leather sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, computer desk, plasma television with DVD player and home theatre sound system.

The modern style kitchen is fitted with white and blue cabinets, these colours where chosen to depict the white sand and the blue Caribbean skies, an island is set in the centre of the kitchen thus allowing for extra preparation space. The kitchen is also fitted with professional grade stainless steel appliances such as a 5 burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven & microwave oven, and other small essential appliances and utensils.

Just off the kitchen is the utility room here you will find the dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board and ample storage.

Flanked by the kitchen and the living room is the lounge area that is comfortably furnished with a sofa and a coffee table.

Two large sliding doors that extend from the kitchen to the living room bring up on to the veranda. Here you will find a teak dining set that can seat up to 16 guests, two elegant Italian white leather sofas, coffee table. Just a few steps away you can enjoy the large (20x40ft approx) private pool in the garden with infinity edge to the open blue sea. A very large upholstered open day bed alongside the pool allows relaxation to the maximum. The large first floor sun deck gives great views and is ideal for sun bathing or sundowners. A full size American “Napoleon” BBQ and loungers will provide all facilities needed to enjoy Caribbean relaxation at its luxurious best. The pool furniture is carefully positioned allowing you to have the perfect view of the beach that is just steps away and the ever changing passing yachts meandering their way in to the nearby marina can be seen.

This villa has four elegant En-suite bedrooms; fan, air conditioning units and plasma televisions are installed throughout. The master bedroom is fitted with king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of draws, a writing desk and walk in closet. The views from the master are breathtaking. The bathroom has double vanity, bath tub and over size shower.

Two of the guest bedrooms are similar and comfortable, located close to each other. Both are fitted with queen size bed, bedside table with lamps, writing desk, chest of draws and closet, the bathrooms have showers, sinks and WC. The other guest bedroom is located next to the lounge area; it is fitted with two single beds, bed side table with lamps, closet and chest of drawer, the modern bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.

An extensive garden leads directly onto a secluded cove- no beach is private in Antigua but this is the closest thing to it! On the other side of the road you will step onto one of the longest and most beautiful beaches on the Island complete with beach bar a 5 minute walk along the beach.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. This villa also features laundry facilities and local meal delivery service. The front desk is open around the clock.
