A good house for short term rental in convenient jolly Harbour/jolly beach location

The management team were wonderful & helped us with several issues swiftly & cheerfully. As we were staying for several weeks we asked for additional necessary items in the kitchen so we could cook & eat in & some good additions were made with frying pans, sharp knives & dishes. The house was overall good, very clean & fairly comfortable. The best thing was a wonderful large deck area with bbq etc. & 2 v large comfortable sofas. However the ice maker on the fridge freezer in the kitchen was broken (or perhaps never connected) and probably could do with updating & there was no dishwasher which would have been good especially with a larger family group. As we had a fair amount of rain, over the whole stay, we did need to eat indoors a few times & the dining facilities were limited by an odd choice of dining table which was extremely heavy (couldn’t be moved) with no leg room underneath as it had a solid box base & not enough chairs. Just 2 by the table & 2 bar chairs by the counter. There was limited drying area for washing which made drying sheets tricky because of the rain. The cleaners were very good but struggled with the fact that there was only one set of bed linens which had to be washed dried & put back on the beds in the same day! .. hopefully the owners have put in additional bedding for future rentals. The location in jolly harbour was great .. a very short walk to the lovely beach & beach bars. Also close the the restaurants & main supermarket.
