Good time

I have stayed at this hotel several times, the rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. The indoor pool is usually cold and the breakfast is not that good.

The room could have been cleaner as there was jelly beans in the floor and the balcony had a dirty towel hanging over it when we got there. There were missing lightbulbs in the unit also.

We was in town for a competition my 3 year old cried all day to go swimming we didn't get to the hotel til 10 and the front desk wouldn't let my kids swim because apparently it's adult time in the pool from 10 to 12 which it doesn't say that anywhere online I assumed the pool closed at 12 for everyone and I check the pool times and rules before I book anywhere because that's a big thing for my kids

Overall, stay was great, but the room had some maintenance issues, paint chips on wall and a strange odor coming from the HVAC system, and the beds were a little too hard, but other than that I would return

Basic Rooms

The lobby was nice. Entering the room it smelled like a lot of fabulous. The room appeared clean. But I personally don’t think fabulous is a disinfectant. The bed was the most uncomfortable!! Very springy and caused my hips to hurt as I slept. I didn’t sleep much the smell on the sheets were very strong. A mixture of fabulous and something. The mini fridge made a low humming. The mattress absolutely need to be changed. It was a basic room. My room faced the parking lot. There was a train at 2am and another at 6:30am. I did not partake with the breakfast. Simply because we had to be checked out by 7am.

Stayed before and so decided on them when traveling back to town. Went above and beyond to accommodate us for a funeral. Nice lobby to relax in and kind staff. Just wish there was a bit more variety in the breakfast options.
