Jonesville Best Western

Breakfast choices were good. The king bed was comfortable and the king suite was really big. The cleaning staff was friendly helpful The carpet in the hotel was outdated, but overall the hotel was very good and i would definitely stay again and again.

The linens had weird stains on them and the ceilings all had mystery stains. Several of the rooms the air was not cooling properly. Our smoke alarm started chirping the first night and they told us to just remove it from the ceiling. There were extremely limited options nearby and we will try not to return if we can help it.

Trouble checking in, after 15 minutes he told me he would work on it. He also warned me he tried to kill a snake by front door but it went into a gap by front door and to be careful! Got up in middle of night to adjust the air only to find carpet soaked 5’ away from a leaky air conditioner, also shower leaks alway into bathroom and onto carpet No SOAP dish in shower ???

Will not stay there again.

We requested a handicapped room because I am 6'3"and 84. I didn't want the toilet to be 12-14 inches off the floor. When we arrived, we were not welcomed, and when I requested that there not be children above us, the clerk acted like it was a big imposition to assign us another room. The bathroom was the biggest issue. There was no vanity or any other place to put toiletries, both at the sink and the shower. The handle on the faucet is a health hazard as it is very long and will poke someone in the eye. There was a cockroach in the shower, and the bathroom overall was not clean and needed work. There were no blankets in the room, and the bed had body impressions in the mattress. Noisey ACCheck out was not better than checkin, nohow was your stay, hope everything met your expectations. Needless we will not be staying there again.

Had to change my Room 2 times mold in the corner paint, coming off the wall faucets, leaking, still all night long. The shower was leaking. A lot of work needs to be done paint, falling off the walls. I have pictures of everything trying to add photos, but it won't let me that's funny. Won't let me put up, no photos...
