Perfect in relation to its price!

Comparing its room charge to other hotels in the area for the same night, you get exactly what you paid for. It's clean, great mattress, it's an old building and the employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. If you asked me ONE thing to improve on: please go back to freshly brewed coffee. This brown hot water from the 'coffee fountain' is just nasty. We stayed here for the 2nd time, so you know we were comfortable enough. Thank you again!

Checking in to find out the pool was closed and under construction along with part of building right next to room we rented. Whole point of renting this hotel was for the pool but gave them key back and left didn’t stay here due to maintenance/construction lost out on money

Nice stay except for the weak internet access

I would have given my overnight stay 5 stars if it weren’t for the connectivity issues and the slowness of the internet. I think it would be helpful to give customers a password instead of watching a video, which was an old Joann ad, or calling an 800 number. Who wants to fool around with access issues after driving all day? I was tired and needed to check some work emails and the barriers to doing so were frustrating The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciated the free popcorn and chocolate chip cookies they offered in the evening. The free breakfast offered a wide range of choices and decent coffee. I really like the ambiance of the lobby and breakfast area. My room was clean. I will most likely stay there again as I travel I-77 routinely.

Stayed here on a road trip. All the staff were super friendly. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom in our room needed decorating - the wallpaper had been reattached to the wall with pins. The shower curtain was barely hanging on. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was good - a good variety of pastries and cooked meats.

The rooms are carpeted, which I think makes many of us nervous these days (bed bugs could reside there) but it was clean and no issues. There was a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. The check-in attendant was super nice and showed us the welcome cookies available.

Older property but in good condition. Very Clean room and nice open area to walk our dog. Note: Pet fee is $35 and not the $25 listed on Expedia. Comfortable bed and A/C worked well despite 100 degree temperatures. Check in was smooth and staff very friendly. Located close to Expressway and some road noise at night but not loud and didn't keep us awake.

There were 2 of us in a double -double which doesn't leave much floor space for maneuvering. The bed ws comfortable and everything clean. Bath shower was small but functional. The breakfast offerings were a little better than standard but not great. Overall it was a comfortable, economical, two night stay.
