Bra personal, dåliga rum

Bra personal, som försöker men bedrövliga rum. Det första rummet vi fick var ostädat, så vi fick ett annat större rum. Helt ok rum, men 14,4 grader på rummet. Försökte höja med termometern , men inget hände. Fick ett el-element av personalen och fick upp temperaturen till 15,1 grader på en timme. Frågade personalen om det gick att göra något mer. Då fick vi två element till… och då gick säkringen på rummet och alla lampor slocknade. Personalen hittade säkringen och vi gick och la oss fullt påpälsade med kläder, med två element igång. Elementen hade ingen termostat, utan gick bara på effekt. Så vid 5 vaknade familjen, då det nu var 34 grader på rummet och alla sov fullt påpälsade i samma rum. Pratade med morgonpersonalen om vår upplevelse och vi skulle bli kontaktade av ”chefen”. Men har fortfarande inte hört något, trots att det gått några veckor. Blir nog ett annat hotell nästa gång vi är i Jönköping.
