We were only here overnight, but the property was fine for our needs. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and there was good water pressure in the shower. My husband had a hamburger and fries from the restaurant downstairs and said that it was really good.

The property itself was outstanding. Finding it at night was very difficult due to the small unlit side road that had to be taken to access the parking lot and entrance.

It was great but very difficult to check in, they couldn't find our reservation and we had to leave, went on the exspedia set in the parking lot and got a new reservation not sure why the guy checking us in couldn't do it, very lazy and unhelpful, the room was great

Pretty Nice

I traveled to do class for a week at OCC in town and stayed here. Clean, safe overall friendly. I am grateful that I received a coupon for free breakfast because if I paid $11 for the breakfast they did offer, I would be quite upset. It was a typical continental breakfast but less options and not free. The bed was not my mattress and pillows were not my pillow, but that is inconsequential. I would stay here again any time.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple of years. The room and common areas are always neat and clean, the beds very comfy with block out shades to keep the room dark. The location is convenient and quiet.

Probably won’t stay there again

At check in we were moved to the 4th floor because there were young kids on the lower floors which was fine it was really quiet. Getting off the elevator there was a huge stain on the carpet. The chair in our room was filthy, which made you feel like the room may not be clean. The room was fine, however for $160 in Joplin Mo I feel it should have been a little better
