The staff is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to help me. Not speaking Spanish was a little intimidating, but the staff here was bilingual and made me feel so comfortable and understood. The place is absolutely beautiful, and it was the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed on Earth, and I travel extensively. I’m so reluctant to leave. I wish I could stay here forever! Thank you for everything! ♥️

O hotel em si deixa bastante a desejar em alguns tópicos. Primeiro que para chegar nos quartos é tudo por um trapiche que não possui corrimão (achamos perigoso), como é todo aberto quando chove fica extremamente liso, quase caímos algumas vezes. Ou seja, com crianças e idosos é bem arriscado. Fora que nosso quarto ficou super longe, tendo que andar muito. O banheiro eles não mostram fotos, justamente porque decepciona. Esta precisando de melhoria para o valor que cobram. Na noite de ano novo choveu bastante, ao chegarmos no quarto tinha entrado água em toda a cama e na lateral do quarto. Tivemos que dormir com ela molhada e colocar toalhas. Horrível. Deixam apenas água no quarto. Nada de comida nem outras bebidas. Para o que propõe o mínimo era ter mais opções. Sequer possui secador de cabelo. Você precisa levar tudo. Toalhas falam que é de qualidade, mas oscila conforme o dia. Alguns dias foram tolhas bem inferiores tipo teka. Tivemos que pedir para dedetizarem o quarto quando chegamos. Bastante teias de aranha e aranhas pelo quarto. Armários internos precisa limpar melhor. Do banheiro deu nojo. O quarto mexe bastante, igual barco. Apenas o restaurante é mais assentado. Os quartos mareiam igual a dormir em um barco. Café da manhã bem simples, deixa a desejar. Mas a menina se você pede faz ovo mexido. Parte boa: staff educado e querido. Vista bonita da lagoa. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá, a experiência é interessante mas não vale o valor que cobram. Precisam de reforma.
