This cozy and welcoming townhome serves up gorgeous mountain views and an unbeatable location—just a short walk to downtown Joseph’s shops, restaurants, and galleries, and only two blocks from the Chief Joseph Days Rodeo Grounds. No pets in this townhouse (A & B are no pets, C,D,E do allow pets)

No campers, RVs, tents, or outdoor sleeping setups.
No additional vehicles beyond what your reservation allows.
Guest & Occupancy Limits
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home at any time, per county regulations.
Example: If the home sleeps 6, you may not have 12 guests over for dinner—even if no one stays overnight.
Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No loud music at any time.
Please be respectful—be a good neighbor.
Do not block any driveways or roads.
Security Cameras
For the safety of guests and property, entry doors are equipped with cameras focused only on the doorway area.
