My weekend trip was ruined, the host of the property never shared the check in information, I spent hours of my time waiting on a call from VRBO that never came. I was told they contacted the host and he said he would share the information in 2-3 minutes with me, never shared it… literally spent hours in traffic to get to a property and have no way to get inside. This was clearly a scam and VRBO didn’t help the situation.
