The home is adorable and has a breathtaking view of the mountains and feels very cozy. In such a small place, it’s filled with everything you could need - even a washer and dryer. The Weber grill outside was great too. We didn’t use the hot tub but the outdoor shower and all the linen for it was a nice touch.

As close to perfect as you can get. The home was absurdly close to the park entrance. We did not use the outdoor shower (but it looked inviting). The Hot Tub was great. The home was spotless and decorated beautifully. There were games, nice fluffy towels, bath robes, and a sleeping area and food and water dishes for your dog (which we didn't use but it a thoughtful addition). The BBQ, TV, WiFi, clothes dryer, hot water, coffee maker (with coffee) all worked flawlessly. Communication with the host was excellent (one or two emails were answered within 10 minutes late at night). I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Just be aware that there is no stove in the kitchen. You need to use the supplied electric fry pan or the outdoor BBQ. There is a microwave and a top of the line toaster oven.

SPECTACULAR!

The home and environment were spectacular - perfect for a weekend getaway. The house itself is pristine, comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. It is just a stone’s throw from the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. The views from the home were amazing. The hosts provide thoughtful amenities such a throw blankets, dog bed, outdoor furniture, and a very comfortable bed. We recommend this home for any couple looking for a weekend getaway. Tim and Pam

Perfect spot for exploring Joshua Tree National Park

We loved everything about this property. The beautiful views, the spotless, attractive furnishings, the excellent location near the West Entrance to Joshua Tree NP, and the overall charm of the house. Lovely Home in Spectacular Setting

We loved our stay at the Quail's Nest! This small home was perfect for my husband and I as we explored Joshua Tree. The scenery is spectacular and we enjoyed the hot tub while star gazing. Everything was spotless and the decor was lovely

Perfect couples get away!

This place is the perfect small house getaway. Perfect for a couple. We brought our dog also. Location is exactly where we wanted to be. We can’t wait to go back. You can go for a hike straight out the door of the house and then come back for a soak in the jacuzzi.
