Quiet country ranch house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeps 6. Master bedroom has a king, 2 guest rooms have queen beds. Dining for 6 and 3 barstools at kitchen island. Outside dining for 6 on front deck. short walk to a large sport pool with a deck and plenty of seating. Pool hours are 8:00 am - 10:00 pm. Small 1 bedroom, 1 bath pool cottage. Sleeps 3 or 4 if 2 are little children. King in bedroom and a fold out floor sofa in living room. Dining for 4. Outside dining for 6 and extra couch seating for 4. There is a small basketball court, ping pong table and BBQ Pits.
Both houses have fully stocked kitchens for all your cooking needs and bathrooms have plenty of towels. Pool towels are also available.Beautiful star gazing on clear nights and amazing sunsets. Property is off state highway 173. 5 miles from Jourdanton, 7 miles from Pleasanton, 20 miles to Devine and 30 miles from downtown San Antonio. There are horses, cattle, cats and our dogs Tanner and Tatum. The dogs and cats are at the main house which is at the back of the property.
