This beautiful cottage at the edge of the village is in a great location for lovers of music, food and wine, active physical sport or just relaxing. There are many festivals within an hour’s drive during the summer months, as well as wine and food festivals throughout the Spring and Autumn months (e.g. Saint Mont at the end of March). The gite can sleep up to three people. It has one large bedroom with ample storage space, a dining/living room with log burning stove, a modern bathroom and well-resourced kitchen. The property is separate from the main house and has a private garden area, with access to a shared pool (subject to agreement with the owners). There is a TV with UK and French channels and internet. One of the sofas opens into double bed. The gite was recently designated 'deux etoiles' by Marciac Tourist Office, the second highest category!
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to La Maison des Chameaux. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The cottage offers free WiFi and a private pool.

excellent house for 2

Very nice English influenced clean house. Big garden with all the privacy. Private parking just next to the house. We had very nice chats with the owner. Because of a bit rainy weather sometimes we didn't use the swimming pool much, but the pool was very big and nice to swim in. Thanks Chris and Gill for this lovely week!

Historical building with modern updates

Chris and Gill were lovely. Very willing to answer questions and share information. Gite is a typical old stone building with wood beams and lots of character. Nice updates for guests, and lots of extras provided, like soaps, shampoo, hangers, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine! Huge bed. Use of pool and our own garden area with outdoor chairs, umbrella, etc. Overall very nice.

Très bon séjour dans le gîte de Christopher et Gillian. Hôtes très agréables et sympathiques. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit jardin privatif où nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners. La maison est fraîche ce qui est appréciable en été.

Tres chouette endroit a proximite de l’Adour, de Marsiac et de Plaisance. Je suis venu pour RPGers et c’etait vraiment parfait.Le gite est parfaitement équipé, la maison est fraiche et la cours ombragée. Les hotes sont en plus tres sympthiques.Je recommande.

Très bon séjour!

Nous avons d'abord été ravis de la flexibilité dans les dates de réservation du logement. Ce qui nous a permis de participer au mieux au festival de jazz de Marciac. Le contact avec les propriétaires était facile. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Le logement est très bien équipé. Nous avons très bien apprécié notre séjour.

Propriétaires très accueillants jolie maisonnette

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et mis à l aise. Ils ont été très prévenants. La maison est idéale pour 2 personnes. Comme c est une maison en pierre, il y fait frais. La piscine est partagée, nous navons donc pas osė y aller. L'environnement est beau et tranquille mais un peu excentré de tout. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Perfect rural stay

Thanks for a lovely stay, perfect location for someone looking for a secluded retreat in the rural French countryside. Just a short drive to shops and cafes....and other larger towns within easy reach. I loved the gite, homely and comfortable with everything that I needed. Thank you for the access to your pool and bar, you made me feel very welcome. Hopefully back again soon!
