The open-concept kitchen and living space provide breathtaking ocean views- the ocean facing wall is fully lined with windows and a sliding glass door opens onto a spacious, private balcony with a BBQ and propane fire pit! Nestled into the stunning coastline, Sitka House offers a bright, modern oasis for your next family getaway. This fully equipped home can accommodate seven guests! Upstairs, an open concept living space is stylishly appointed with a dining area, living room, and full kitchen. Skylights fill the space with natural light, and a full wall of sliding glass doors leading out to the private balcony ensures that you never miss a moment of the spectacular ocean views— whether you decide to BBQ on the deck or whip up a meal inside. Quartz countertops and stainless steel full sized appliances, including a dishwasher, provide everything you’ll need for the comforts of home. The dining area features a full sized table with room for all, and there’s plenty of comfy seating around the gas fireplace. Cozy up here after an evening of adventures to relax, and make use of the Starlink high-speed internet connection and SmartTV. This main level also features a full bath. Downstairs, a den space is furnished with bunk beds— a twin bed above a queen and provides ample indoor play space if you’re traveling with the kids! This level also features a spacious full bath, as well as a full sized washing machine and dryer. You’ll also find two stylish bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, and the second with a queen sized bed. Full sized sliding glass doors in both bedrooms let you enjoy the ocean views from the moment you wake up, and provide access to a private outdoor area where you can enjoy a relaxing fire with an ocean view.
