A limpeza da parte externa, assim como dos quartos deixa muito a desejar. Além disso, o lençol é fino e tem muito mosquito. Não se consegue falar com a recepção pelo telefone. Orientações incompletas no check in.

O hotel é bem localizado e o atendimento na recepção foi bom, porém quando chegamos apesar de ser depois das 14h e o checkin iniciar as 13h, não tinha toalhas no quarto o que nos impediu de tomar um banho para relaxar. As toalhas chegaram depois das 17h. No dia seguinte o barulho dos hospedes iniciou por volta das 7h, no mais foi razoavel.

GOSTEI MUITO NÃO.

Boa tarde. Chegamos e não havia ninguém na recepção para nos atender ficamos uns 15 minutos aguardando e tocando a campanhia. Referente o quarto: reservamos um para casal, porém a cama não era de casal, juntaram duas camas de solteiro e colocaram uma capa, resultado: ficamos quase caindo no buraco, e os lençóis tbm não eram de casal, eram uns lençóis de solteiro que improvisaram.🙄 O controle da tv estava sem funcionar, tivemos que pedir outro, o ar condicionado de início não gelava, e quando conseguimos fazer com que gelasse começou a pingar água no chão. No banheiro faltou o pano de chão, tivemos que pedir. Os valores das bebidas de consumo do quarto não estavam com valores atualizados, quando fomos pagar disseram que era um valor maior. A piscina é pequena, pelo site que fizemos a reserva(Booking) parecia ser GRANDE! Na frente do hotel tem uns bares com música ao vivo que nos incomodou bastante na hora de dormir. O café da manhã é bom, porém poderiam melhorar o cuscuz para ele ficar menos seco.

Viagem a trabalho perde noite de sono

Vários restaurantes na frente com músicas ao vivo até meia noite e o som era muito alto. Todos os 3 dias foram da mesma forma e não foi final de semana. Precisa melhorar a acústica dos quartos para não entrar som. Muito alto
