Ideally located 5 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 40 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, La Maison Haute is designed as a large, three-story family home, perfect for relaxing and socializing. It is fully equipped.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES WITH MUSIC OR NOISE ARE PROHIBITED. La Maison Haute is a calm and peaceful place and is not suitable for "disco" nights! CARETAKER ON SITE NEARBY
It can accommodate up to 12 people. The large landscaped garden below the cottage, offering views of the Sarthe River and Solesmes Abbey, is ideal for relaxation.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV, separate dining room for family meals, laundry room, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom with a dressing room and two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180cm).
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm).
1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180cm).
1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with double sinks, a large corner bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor: 2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with three single beds (90x200cm).
