Ideally located 5 minutes from Sablé sur Sarthe, 40 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, designed as a large family home on 3 levels, for moments of conviviality and rest, the Maison Haute is perfectly equipped.
PLEASE NOTE GITE FORBIDDEN PARTIES WITH MUSIC OR NOISE. The Gîte de La Maison Haute is a calm and peaceful place and is not a gîte suitable for "disco" evenings! GUARDING IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY
You can meet up to 12 people there. The large landscaped garden below the gîte, to contemplate the Sarthe and the Abbey of Solesmes, is ideal for moments of relaxation.
On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and flat screen, an independent dining room to organize family meals, laundry room., 1 separate toilet.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom with dressing room and 2 90x200 beds that can be converted into a 180 bed.
1 bedroom with 1 160 bed
1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds that can be converted into a 180 bed.
1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with double sinks, a large corner bathtub and 1 Italian shower.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 3 90x200 beds
1 bedroom with 3 90x200 beds
1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with double sinks and 1 bathtub.
Equipment: Fridge/freezer, hob (6 gas burners), oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine - fireplace, crockery, household equipment, television, Internet access and Wifi.

Outside: several parking spaces on the small square in front of the cottage.
Gas central heating extra charge: €15 per day.
