Haus soweit super und gut ausgestattetDie obere Toilette ist ziemlich laut beim spülen und das wasser läuft in dem Rohr was durch das "Kinderzimmer" ab.Kann man aber aushalten, hier ist auch noch eine 2 Toilette vorhanden

Leider nicht wie erwartet

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus mit 6 Personen gemietet. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind super.Das wars aber auch. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Babybetten waren komplett verdreckt, überall waren Urinspuren. Matratzen sind für die Babybetten nicht vorhanden.Die Mikrowelle war kaputt. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser, die Töpfe und Pfannen mussten nochmal ordentlich gespült werden, bevor wir diese nutzen konnten. Die Glühbirne im WC war kaputt. Die Matratzen hatten zahlreiche Urinflecken.Fewo-direkt hat mir geraten, nach einer Rückerstattung bei der Vermieterin zu fragen, allerdings haben wir nichts zurückbekommen, da der Großteil der Summe angeblich an fewo geht. Fewo bekommt allerdings nur die Servicegebühr von 150 .

In der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts - sogar ein Waffeleisen und ein Bollerwagen gehören zum Inventar.

Tolle Immobilie, super Vermieterin!

Tja, was soll ich sagen? Zu meckern gibts nix. Alles super, und ich/wir kommen gerne wieder. Lage direkt am Parksee mit Kinderspielplatz in direkter Nähe, und zum Strand ein Katzensprung. Und die Vermieterin ist absolut korrekt und menschlich top.

Schöne Tage in Julianadorp

Wir haben ein paar sehr erholsame Tage in dem Fereinhaus verbracht. Das Wetter war schön und das Haus und Umgebung haben uns gut gefallen. Lediglich bei der Anfahrtsbeschreibung wären noch ein paar zusätzliche Details hilfreich.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in Strandnähe mit herrlichem Garten

Es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut geheizt im April. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und haben bei den ersten warmen Tagen den Garten genossen. Herzlich war der Empfang durch die Vermieterin und wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt.

Hatten einen super schönen Urlaub.

Das Haus entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, es war genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben wurde. Der Weg zum Strand war top und auch der Strand selber. Wir werden den Park weiterempfehlen und auch nochmal wieder kommen.

gemütliches Urlaubsdomizil in angenehm ruhiger Lage

Angenehmer persönlicher Kontakt bei der Übernahme des Häuschens. Technische Ausstattung ok und das Internet würde ich mir zu Hause im HomeOffice wünschen :-) Mit unserem mitgebrachten Chromecast konnten die wenigen Regentage mit NETFLIX aufgehellt werden. Die von mir angesprochenen kleineren Mängel sind nach Angaben der Vermieterin auf der 2do Liste und der Reinigungsdienst unter Beobachtung. Tendenz also weiter steigend :-) Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: wir haben uns in unseren 2 Urlaubswochen wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Urlaub trotz mäßigem Wetter

Sehr gut gelegenes Ferienhaus mit geräumigem Garten und sehr sympathischer Vermieterin. Aufgrund Unikat-Efeu-Kunstoffumzäunung ist das Ferienhaus eindeutig identifizierbar und die Wegbeschreibung für andere Feriengäste leicht erklärbar. Schöne Caffissimo-Kaffeemaschine, allerdings sollte man den kompletten Kapselvorrat aus Deutschland mitbringen. Wir haben in den umliegenden Supermärkten leider keinen Nachschub finden können... Die sehr bequeme Couchcarnitur reduziert etwas das Platzangebot im Wohn-Essbereich--》Abwägung ist Geschmackssache. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Sehr nette bemühte Vermieterin, leider funktionierte das Wlan nicht ausreichend, was bei einem Urlaub mit 12 jährigen Jungs sehr schwierig ist. Auch die Vermieterin konnte daran leider nichts ändern. Lage des Hauses sehr gut, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend. Sehr schöner überdachter Platz im Garten.

Tolle Lage (10 min Fußweg zum wunderbaren Strand) und toller Lounge-Bereich im großen Garten

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten wunderbar entspannte Tage. Die Atmosphäre im Park ist sehr angenehm und entspannt. Die Menschen verlaufen sich und das Haus hat eine tolle Lage (ruhig und separat, aber dennoch nah zum Ausgang und in der Nähe des Sees und des Spielplatzes). Immer gern wieder.
