The Gîte (holiday cottage) of Mr. and Mrs. Ferrand is located in Laignac, a hamlet set apart from the village and offering absolute tranquility. Although the cottage is attached to an outbuilding of the owners' house, your privacy will be preserved. You will also have a private, enclosed, and grassy courtyard, which will undoubtedly become a wonderful playground for your children.

Nearby: mountain biking and hiking trails on site, horse races and a tourist train 2.5 km away, La Chaise-Dieu (abbey church, music festival, etc.) 11 km away, Craponne-sur-Arzon 8 km away (all shops and services, country music festival). Ground floor: living room/kitchen (sofa bed, TV), shower room, toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds), toilet.

Central gas heating is available at an extra charge depending on the season: €80/week from December 1st to April 1st. Firewood is provided free of charge.

From Puy en Velay, take the RN102 towards Brioude then the D906 towards La Chaise Dieu. 1 KM before Sembadel-Gare turn right on the D498 towards Jullianges. 2 KM after the crossroads take a small road on the right to Laignac.
