The 4x8m saltwater swimming pool, secured by a cover, has a depth ranging from 0.80m to 1.50m and is open from June to September. On-site parking is available. The property sits on 5700m² of land. Amenities include table tennis, a pétanque court, and a barbecue. Baby equipment such as a travel cot and changing mat are provided. Located near the Château de Jumilhac, nicknamed the Pearl of the Périgord, this gîte is in the heart of the Périgord Vert region. Just a few minutes away, the village of Saint-Pierre-de-Frugie offers an organic shop, a restaurant, a market, and a friendly atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many Terra Aventura trails accessible nearby.
