Escape to our peaceful 2.5-acre hobby farm, just a mile from Junction City, 15 miles north of Eugene, 25 miles South of Corvallis and 63 miles east of the beautiful Oregon Coast!
Nestled among scenic farms, our home offers a serene retreat while still being close to local attractions like Hayward Field and Autzen Stadium, perfect for track championships and U of O, or Oregon State football games.
The small town of Junction City offers resteraunts, a coffee house, Starbucks, Dutch Bros, small shops, BiMart, a post office and Safeway. All you need just a mile into the town of Junction City. Take a right out of the driveway, right onto River Rd, and right at the light onto Ivy St (Hwy 99).

Our spacious 2000-square-foot home features three cozy bedrooms and a sitting room with a futon for an additional sleeping area. With two full baths and a comfortable living room that easily seats seven, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The full kitchen is equipped with a range and refrigerator, and the dining table seats six for shared meals.

Step outside to enjoy our large deck, ideal for soaking up the sun and the peaceful surroundings. Explore our orchard, berry patches, and grape arbor, or meet our friendly goats, Jimmy and Archie, who are always eager for a visit.

My family of four had a decent 2 night stay at this property. First the positives, the home was quite clean, aside from the tired, dirty bath rugs in the back bathroom. The home is spacious and incredibly well stocked. It was a quiet & private environment with a nice large deck for sitting, or eating, outside. The location is central & convenient, with easy access to Eugene, Corvallis, Monroe, etc. Also, Junction City is very close with a Safeway for groceries & gas if needed. Now for the negatives, we did not see one farm animal on this “hobby farm”. We heard a rooster and had a cat visit for a minute. It seems silly, but we were hoping to see some goats. Finally, we found the twin beds unusable. Every time my sister moved in the twin bed it shook and made so much noise. She ended-up on a sofa. I’d say only children might be comfortable on the twin beds. The queen bed in the front bedroom is very soft and dips down in the middle. My mom complained of rolling to the center of the bed throughout the night and did not sleep well. The king bed in the back bedroom is, fortunately, pretty comfortable. This property was a “mixed bag” for our family.

This house was spacious, very well equipped, and had comfortable furniture including the master bed. The cupboards were full of spices and basic cooking necessities as well as equipment, the large shower in one of the bathrooms was especially nice, and it was well off the road and private with a lovely deck and beautiful grounds. And it was very clean. One of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed in!

The house was very comfortable and inviting. The location was very relaxing and serene. Directions for finding the home were very good, would have had trouble finding the house without the owner's directions. The beds were comfortable and we had a great stay!

Home Away from Home

Very clean and comfortable house in the country with a fully stocked kitchen. Close to grocery stores. Very easy drive getting to and from Autzen Stadium. We will definitely stay here again!
