Three bedroom two-story home with outdoor hot tub. All bedrooms are upstairs. Master bedroom has its own bathroom. Large bathroom with two sinks in the hallway for those in the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have blackout curtains to block out the long summer daylight in Alaska. The house is on .6 acres surrounded by spruce and hemlock trees. on Douglas Island. There is only one neighbor, above the property, that shares the driveway. We are 7 minutes from downtown Juneau.
