This property has awesome direct Intracoastal waterway views with a boat dock, boat ramp, jet ski dock, heated pool w/ patio, bbq, & firebowl. You will really enjoy lounging poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees & turtles pass by. Adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from our property are tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and more. The boat ramp is very convenient for launching your watercraft just a few feet from our dock.

In the evening dine alfresco waterside while viewing the amazing sunsets or enjoying an outdoor fire.

Area Information

This is a desirable upscale North Palm Beach county location in a very safe neighborhood. The property is a unique triplex (3 units) with outside security cameras. Located at the crossroads of N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach.

Direct 3 miles to I-95 & FL Turnpike, 15 minutes from Palm Bch. Int'l. Airport and only a two miles to the beautiful beaches of Singer Island and Juno Beach. It was easy to get around all of the Palm Beach area. Carmine's gourmet market was a wonderful place for great food. We loved watching the boats go by and really enjoyed our stay!

What a wonderful place located directly on the intercostal waterway. We very much enjoyed the movement of yachts heading north and south. The host, Teri and Jim, made us feel very welcome, and went out of their way to make the stay something to remember.We would highly recommend the property.

Fantastic Experience

From start to finish, this was one of our favorite stays. Beautiful spot on the inter-coastal with non stop boats to drool over. Pool was very clean and dock was fun to fish from. Proximity to shops was perfect. Unit was perfectly stocked and very clean. Terri and Jim responded to questions immediately and gave great recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

38th Wedding Anniversary surprise vacation

Some sun, some rain and a wonderful location resulted in a perfect vacation with my wife of 38 years. Quick drive from the airport to Costco and then to the rental. Well equipped kitchen with gas grill outdoors. So nice to relax in the pool and watch the intercoastal boat traffic go by. Looking forward to a return visit.

Stayed for 7 days in late April 2025. Absolutely LOVED this property: great location, the boat parade is real (!), the pool was wonderful; the home was very clean, very well cared for, and fully appointed with everything we needed; the owners were responsive; and we totally relaxed!
