Staff are amazing clean rooms.this hotel takes care of the people staying with them .I know i jave been here at this hotel a 3 weeks due to a family emergency and we have been taking care of and also cr eated bunds with staff they go over and beyond for you .The pool is amazing not over crowded they have 2 grocery stores next to the hotel they have microwave fridge the gym and laundry on site thahas helped me

My room smelled like mold, my bed had bed bugs, my shower door leaked into the bathroom making the floor dangerously slippery,there was a trim piece coming off the piping of the shower head and bugs crawling out, my shower had almost no water pressure, my room was missing the TV remote their exterior doors were not secure and there was a drug deal going on in the stairwell... Ill never stay at another laquinta ever again.

The rooms and hallways had a bad odor, and there was mold around the window and picture on the wall. When I turned on the bathroom light, a black bug was crawling around. The guy at the front desk was not helpful, but the women working there were great. I will never stay here again or at any other hotel in this chain.

Front desk was unattended a lot the times. Guy that worked nights the last night I was there was terrible. Looked like he didn't want to be there and looked like he came in high. We were there for a baseball tournament and the washers didn't always work. Made it very difficult and inconvenience. The elevators were dirty. Interior needs a lot of updates. Homeless people walking around outside. The front desk was left unattended a lot.
