O quarto estava sujo, a bancada da pia estava solta, a torneira não abria, a janela não fechava, a porta do banheiro não tinha tranca, o quarto não era acessível, as escadas inseguranças, de ferro, com degraus irregulares e externa. Tinha mofo.
