Loue très jolie maison avec piscine dans un calme absolu sur les coteaux de Jurançon, terrain 4000 m², proche de la ville de Pau (aéroport et gare SNCF-TGV)
Rez de chaussée : une belle entrée, une chambre parentale avec sa salle de bain, WC et dressing. Un grand salon, salle à manger et cuisine avec bar, une lingerie indépendante et un grand garage avec table de ping-pong. Ce rez-de-chaussée donne sur le jardin avec la piscine et la vue sur les Pyrénées.
Au premier étage : 3 chambres à 2 lits simples, et 2 chambres à lit double plus un1 salle de bain, 1 salle d'eau et 2 WC.
Vous pourrez découvrir le circuit des chais de Jurançon à proximité de la maison, les balades en montagne et le pays basque à 1 /2h, l'Espagne et l'Océan à 1h15/30.
En bas des coteaux vous avez un Intermarché, un lidl et un marché des producteurs (le vendredi matin) dans le village de Jurançon à 7 min.
A 15 min, la ville de Pau et son château, le boulevard des Pyrénées et son ambiance estivale, ses cinémas, ses restaurants, ses boutiques et ses nombreux loisirs touristiques.
