Brand New 4x2 family home in the Marina district, only a stroll away from the water's edge.

Many open living spaces, with a r/c aircon
4 large bedrooms.... 3 have queen size beds and the 4th has 2 sets of bunks. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, including dishwasher, stovetop and oven cooking.

For those windy or rainy days, there are boardgames galore.

BBQ and dining setting in the enclosed backyard.
