Welcome to Unit 62 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wadding pool for the toddlers.

A communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

This Unit is wheelchair access Friendly. This property has Wifi available.

Unit 62 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom.

This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.

The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.

Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. Not suitable for boat parking.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

First thing was dirty front entrance sliding doors looked like frosted glass needed a ladder to reach glasses air pump for pillow would help no bedside lamp power points in bedrooms bit of a treasure hunt to find sh

Unfortunately the accommodation did not meet our expectations

The accommodation was not to standard, in need of a lot of TLC and a damn good clean. Very disappointed considering the price we paid per night.

We will be back

The Villla was a perfect size for our family and a couple of friends. We all enjoyed the pool and BbQ area and invited friends for a drink while the kids played cricket on the grass where other children and families joined in. The location was perfect and we will book again. Our 5 metre boat didn’t fit in the space at the Villa, due to the driveway incline, but there was alternate parking within the complex.

Not bad

I'll give the Property Agent 100% for their service. As for the property it was ok. It seemed like no one had stayed in it for awhile. It was dusty. Also I don't think it was cleaned properly from the previous stay.

Needs urgent upgrading

Complex was lovely. Great facilities and a lovely position. Unit 62 needs badly updating especially the bathrooms and mattresses. For the money per night this needs to be spent on the unit
