This is BIG Whether you're honeymooning, holidaying with friends and family, or just getting away for a break, this large apartment is right on the Beachfront and is the perfect getaway. Swim, snorkel and fish 50 metres from your door and then relax and watch the sunset from the balcony. Flat screen TV, air-conditioner and leather lounges ensure comfort at night. Designed to easily accommodate two families/couples with separate and spacious living/kitchen/bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Communal BBQ only. Sleeps 6. Bedding consists of 2 x Queens, 2 x Singles and 1 x Bunk Bed. Bunk beds are not suitable for Adults. The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. Parking for small boat.


Please Note This Property has outside security cameras and internal sensors which will be disabled when guests arrive.

Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
This property is not pet friendly.

Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.

The common property area (pool, wading pool for toddlers, BBQ grassed areas) is for use of guests staying at the complex. The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
