Welcome to Sandy Feet (Unit 55 Seafront Estate) within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here! This unit is situated on the outside of the complex. You still have the use of the swimming pool, a wading pool for toddlers and communal BBQ via gate access. This property has parking for 4 cars, would also be suitable for a boat.

The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and aircon, the ensuite has a toilet, shower and basin. The twin bedrooms have ceiling fans with 2x single sized beds in each room. This Unit sleeps 6 guests and the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x Singles. The open plan living area, dining and kitchen has an aircon, this does open up to the outdoor area with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. The smart tv in the lounge area has facilities to connect to streaming services.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

No Wi-Fi.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.


Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.

The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.
