Welcome to a relaxing holiday in beautiful rural landscapes! This cozy 100 m² semi-detached house offers a peaceful setting for families, groups of friends, and business travelers alike. Built in 1985 and comprehensively renovated in 2016, this property provides modern comforts in a nature-friendly environment.

The accommodation includes three separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds each, and the third bedroom has three single beds. Additionally, there is one bed in the living room, accommodating a total of eight people. The spacious layout allows for comfortable stays even for larger groups.

There are two bathrooms with toilets, making daily routines smooth even for bigger groups. One of the bathrooms features an electric sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.

A shared swimming area is located approximately 450 meters away, where you can enjoy summer days by the water. The lakeshore includes a shared grill area and a rowing boat. A shared grill shelter at the end of the house offers a pleasant spot for outdoor dining and socializing, regardless of the weather.

Families with children will appreciate the swings and trampoline available for use. The surrounding countryside offers peace, outdoor activities, and beautiful scenery all year round.

The location is excellent for hiking and exploring nearby areas. For instance, Savonlinna is about 53 kilometers away, making the city's services, attractions, and events easily accessible.
