Welcome to Kaanapali Shores Unit 105, arguably the most desirable 1-bedroom on the property; just 65 steps to the beach.

In an effort to offer peace of mind during these difficult times, we have purchased an electrostatic sprayer; the same device being used in hospitals and planes. The unit will receive a complete electrostatic disinfection spray before every guests arrival. The cost is included in our cleaning fee!

Unit 105 is a completely remodeled, ground floor unit with semi-private lawn area off the lanai. This is not just a place to sleep; it’s a feature unit at a destination property.

Not to mention it’s located right on the world famous Kaanapali beach. Across the street you’ll find a 24 hour super market, snorkel rental, restaurants, and more. Just down the street is a farmers market and famous ABC convenience store. Needless to say, we did our research before buying at Kaanapali Shores.

When remodeling our unit, we invested in our unit with the understanding that for us this is a second home, we will have many friends and family staying in our unit, and that if it’s clean, comfortable, and feels like home, you’ll tell others and come back year after year. We’re confident the unique features we’ve invested in will pay for themselves and you’ll notice the difference.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Prior to checking out, we ask that all items belonging to the unit are returned to where you found them; ensure that DVD’s are ejected from the player and back in their cases, games are put away, etc.
We also ask that you hand wash any kitchen appliances or serving platters that are not machine washable. Please place any other dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle.
If you’d like to help out our cleaner, you can start a load of laundry for her, but ensure that linens make it to the dryer before you leave as at times the next guest does not check in for days.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
