Luana 10B is a ground level beautifully designed and fully furnished villa in the new Luana subdivision of the Honua Kai Resort with 2047 sf of indoor living space. The large lanai provides gorgeous outdoor space for relaxation.
Spacious living room, large and efficient gourmet kitchen which is fully stocked.
Brand New!! 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 3 zone air conditioning system.
The large lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen/BBQ, refrigerator and plenty of space for lounging and outdoor dinning. The residence also includes a private garage. and ensuite full size washer and dryer.
Resort amenities include several swimmig pools, hot tubs, waterfalls and children's shallow pool. 24 hour fitness center, Duke's Beach House Restaurant, Aina Gourmet Market, Whaler's General Store and Ho'ola Spa are all on site.
TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.712% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of Jan 1, 2024 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures after 01/01/2024) regardless of when the property was booked.
