Luana Garden Villas is the final phase of Honua Kai Resort and Spa, located on the stunning Kaanapali Beach on Maui’s western shores, and steps from everything west Maui has to offer.

This luxurious villa is located within the 38 family-friendly acres of the Honua Kai Resort and Spa, designed with relaxation and memory-making in mind, offering guests an unmatched resort experience while proving residential living at its finest. This villa boasts over 2000 sq.ft of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.

Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses.

This top floor villa will provide you with the privacy to relax in your lanai while enjoying the views of your garden enclave. The residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.

Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility and front desk, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival is subject to a 10% (of total) cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Please review the listing Terms and Conditions for more information. We highly recommend that all guests purchase a travel insurance policy. Cancelation policy is strictly enforced. All credit cards fees will be deducted before a refund is issued.

Fabulous property!

This property was perfect for our family, which included grandma and two little ones. Extended family stayed in an adjacent unit. Everything was clean and comfortable and so spacious! Property manager responded promptly to a small issue we had. The location is fabulous - in fact we rarely left the resort as the kids were content to go back and forth from the beach to the pool each day.

This Villa is an absolutely beautiful place to enjoy all that Maui offers! This was our 6th trip to Maui and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, wonderful place to stay!! Much of our time was spent on the Lanai whether enjoying a light rain and rainbows or the sounds of the pool waterfall right below-was a perfect location! We will definitely be back!

Loved the villa, clean, comfortable for the most part and it was really nice having a pool right outside. My only knock is bedroom 3 is listed as a king bed and it was 2 twins pushed together. We had 3 couples and that bed obviously was not comfortable. So that was misleading. Also didnt like that they limit the A/C temp to 70 degrees. We paid a lot of money to be comfortable and for some 70 is not comfortable sleeping as well as sleeping on 2 pushed together twins.

For a family to have a home on a resort with a garage for paddle boards and gear. Hard to beat.

We would wake up work out, grab breakfast, gear up and head out to a beach to paddle board for a few hours. We would be back at the Vrbo to shower and grab dinner. Again return to the Vrbo and allow the kids to go swim or play games. The indoor outdoor patio w/ sliding doors were incredible. The pool for kids to play in during the later hours within 100' of your outdoor patio was great. This allowed kids to play while parents could relax a bit. Having a garage for gear and keep the vehicle cool was basically like having a home away from home. Not exactly economical but, Memories are Priceless. I would do it again.

The family stayed here for five days. The location was perfect for a relaxing time. All the amenities of the larger property but also had access to the smaller pool where the family spent most of our time relaxing. The place was clean, and we loved the lanai! Would go again!

High quality, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The large terrace with sofas, a coffee table, dining table and outdoor kitchen was so enjoyable for breakfast, cocktails, reading and especially on the day it rained. The terrace was completely protected from the rain so we did not need to stay indoors. The private stairway from the terrace to the pool area was so convenient. Definitely the nicest property we have stayed at in the 6 times we have been to Maui.

There was 6 of us and the property was perfect. The location, the pool, the proximity to the beach, the ease to travel to other locations. Beautiful 3 bed Family Condo

Our family loved this beautiful condo and its location. Second story unit with a lanai which we used each day. Quiet area with own pool and spa. Walk to the beach, Dukes restaurant and two small markets located in larger buildings on complex. The place was spotless and brand new. Only complaint was our end price was SO MUCH more than what we had thought. The day rate was fine however, when it's booked, cleaning fee of $600 plus other fees are exorbitant. We still had a fabulous time.
