Our Mahana Unit 815 is an 8th floor oceanfront one bedroom located in the Lanai tower with a king-size bed in the bedroom and the living room has a queen sofa bed with a brand new 8 inch mattress! You will enjoy having two bathrooms. The unit serves four guests very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience is salt and pepper, spice rack, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner (small starter bottle) and hair blow dryer. All linens are provided including extra bedding and towels. Also available for your use are beach towels, a cooler and 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs.

The unit has two flat screen televisions with remotes, one in the living room with a DVD player and the other in the bedroom. A stereo is provided in the living room with CD player and docking station. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and extra hangers all make your stay more relaxing. The tiled lanai is spacious with patio table and four chairs. The unit is approximately 1056-sq. ft. and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif.

Overall, the condo was nice. Excellent location and spectacular view. Very clean and we are germaphobes! Everything we needed was supplied, especially in terms of the very well equipped kitchen. A few things to note, however, the photo is not accurate. There is only one white recliner and ottoman in the living room and the upholstered chair is not there either. Disappointing as the 2 recliners were why we chose this particular unit. It would have been perfect for sitting and looking out at the ocean. Also, unit is more dated and cabinets not as fresh and new looking as photos show. Bed was too soft for us and we both had sore backs by day 3. It would have been a nice touch to notify guests when window washers would be cleaning windows since the unit is floor to ceiling windows and we got a "surprise" when they just appeared (twice in the same day) and we were not "expecting" guests.All in all, we had a nice stay. The Mahana is one of our favorite places to stay on Maui, the location just can't be beat.

AMAZING!!

I cannot say enough good things about this clean beautiful condo. The condo alone made our trip so special. The secret is the coral down at the beach. All of the seas life wants to go to that coral we spent every day watching turtles dolphins fish swim right out our window. It was unforgettable and Alicia the host was just as amazing. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Can’t miss with the Mahana

Very clean and nicely appointed unit - spices, coffee, and filters provided along with anything you would need in the kitchen. Beautiful view of course - watched 4 sea turtles daily and walked the beach. Food trucks, Times Market L&L Hawaiian BBQ, and fish market all right there - easy to take food back and eat on the deck with the best views :). Highly recommend this unit and the Mahana if you want the old Hawaii feel and away from all the Kaanapali beach craziness.

Best view ever

This was my husband’s first time to Hawaii & Maui. The location was beautiful. It was on the 8th floor and loved watching the sunset’s every evening. The condo had the comforts of home & was fully stocked with all necessary amenities needed. Also walking distance to shops & food trucks. Best thing of all was listening to the ocean waves while falling asleep. Incredibly peaceful!!

Great stay in Maui unit 815

Unit 815 at Mahana was everything we wanted for our vacation. It exceeded our expectations. Alicia is a fantastic owner and we were happy with her proactive communication, positive vibes and helpful attitude before and during our trip. We’d love to stay at this unit again The unit was well furnished and comfortable, but most importantly to us, it was QUIET and CLEAN. I’m not sure if it was the time of year or if it is normally like this, but it was nice and quiet for our entire trip - so many nice and polite guests just relaxing listening to the waves, hanging out at the pool or beach,etc… quiet and relaxing and that’s why we wanted to visit Maui. The property is located at the northern edge of the main Kaanapali area. What we mean by that is that it’s far enough away that you don’t get the “hustle and bustle” of the mass of humanity and crowds from the local hotels. However, it is close enough that you are on a great beaches and is adjacent to the Kaanapali boardwalk/beach walk which can be walked for miles. We ran it several mornings all the way to black rock and back. The beaches were great and fun. The beach on the property is rocky, but a short walk away and you are on great swimming beach The unit has all the comforts of home. The bed is comfortable and has a lanai where you can hear the ocean waves. It has a washer and dryer which came in handy. The kitchen was well furnished. There was a lot of comfortable living room area furniture. The photos were accurate on the vrbo listing too. (Alicia - extra credit as well for the dvd movie selection by the tv ! lol) Overall great job and glad we found this unit on VRBO

My family and I stayed for spring break trip recently. Condo was nice and clean just as advertised. Great location. However, you did have to walk down the beach a bit to get water you could actually go in as the water in front of the condo has a bunch of coral. the views were amazing coming from three hours difference I would wake up at 5 AM and the Moonlight hitting the ocean was a beautiful site. Would recommend.

Great oceanfront condo

The Mahana truly is oceanfront and Mahana 815 is a great spot, relaxing on the lanai watching the whales, turtles and seals. The Kaanapali beach stretches for miles to the south, providing great beachwalking opportunities. The unit is spotless and well-equipped. Communication and check-in were very efficient. We would not hesitate to come back to this unit again.

Beautiful Condo

The property was everything as advertised. Furnishings and layout were great, the kitchen well-appointed with dishes, cookware and utensils, and the unit was very clean. The view from the lanai is astounding. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We have two suggestions for the owner. First, we would have appreciated a heads up before arriving about the construction going on in the building. For most of our stay we did not have any problems but during the last two days we definitely heard noise from the work which started at 8:00am. Second, please ensure that the electonics in the unit are working; the TV in the bedroom did not work. The office manager did her best to resolve the problem timely but couldn't get a replacement until 2 days before our departure. We chose not to have it replaced during our stay.

Oceanfront bliss

We wanted an oceanfront property with a kitchen and this place was great. Some construction was onsite but we were made aware of it and it didn’t bother us. Incredible walking to resort beach bars. Good driving to shopping and food.

This is a beautiful unit in a spectacular setting. This unit has a wonderful view where we could count sea turtles in the ocean below us. Unlike many units, this has a pretty stocked kitchen: spices, utensils, gadgets, etc. the second bathroom was a game changer for any group of more than 2 people.
