Aloha and welcome to Mahana #1003. We named our special getaway "Nani," which means "beauty" in Hawaiian, for the breathtaking view from our ocean-front vacation home. This spacious 10th floor studio condominium is ideal for viewing the famous Maui rainbows and sunsets. From the comfort of your private balcony watch whales, dolphins, and turtles swim by, and enjoy the 180-degree unobstructed view of the ocean, the beach below, and the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

The unit has central air conditioning* and a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. The living room has been remodeled with wood flooring, a king-sized bed with high-quality mattress and a new sofa sleeper to accommodate a third person. If you need to work remotely, there is excellent Wi-Fi, a printer and long-distance calling to the United States and Canada.

The Mahana is located at the northern end of the famous Kaanapali Beach, with miles of beach to explore and calmer water ideal for snorkeling and swimming. The adjacent beach boardwalk, which leads to Whaler's Village and beyond, is perfect for walking or jogging. There are restaurants, food trucks, and a grocery store all within walking distance. Only minutes away by car, you can enjoy a wide range of excellent restaurants from Lahaina north to Kapalua. Whale watching, fishing, snorkeling, and sailing excursions are available at the nearby Whaler's Village, and there are golf courses in Kaanapali and Kapalua. Additionally, West Maui has beautiful hiking trails, horseback riding and volunteering opportunities.

The Mahana at Kaanapali is a luxurious AAA-approved resort ideal for a romantic getaway, offering a quiet and safe environment for guests of all ages. This was the perfect spot for us. Spectacular ocean view with lots of whales and turtles. Close to everything and not too terribly busy. Great beach (and the find had all we needed). The check in and out was a breeze and so was the communication! We would for sure stay here again! Loved it!

This studio condo is very well cared for and made for a most enjoyable vacation for the two of us. The owners take great pride in the beauty and functionality of their property, and that was very much appreciated. Beach chairs were included and used almost daily. The bed was comfortable, and the a/c unit was exceptional for a wonderful nights sleep. The property manager, Maui Westside Properties, was a delight to work with. Studio apartment with excellent view of ocean and islands across channel. You can hear the surf even when the patio sliding door is shut. Building is right up on the beach. Unit is very clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This condo was perfect. It was fully outfitted with everything we needed for our stay, from delicious Hawaiian coffee to snorkel gear and beach chairs. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, and whales from the lanai. The onsite staff was friendly and welcoming, and the host was quick to respond and so helpful. We were sad to leave, but hope to return soon!

My husband and I booked this location based on the view, and boy, were we glad. This is the perfect location for two to relax, enjoy the view and the sound of the ocean with turtles swimming below, have quiet meals on the balcony, or take quick strolls to local restaurants. The bed is very comfortable. The condo has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. We love to cook together, and although the kitchen is a little tight, it definitely works. The pool area is excellent, and we especially appreciated the chaise lounges on the grass area. Parking was a breeze, and we definitely appreciated the in-condo washer and dryer. There are also grills that are very easy to access. We would absolutely book this location again. Thank you to the management for being so responsive to our few questions. Can't say enough about how fabulous this location is.
