Ocean view inventory at Ka'anapali can mean an angled outlook past another building or over the parking structure. This unit faces the water directly — you open the lanai door and the beach is in front of you.
Ka'anapali is three miles of sand on Maui's west shore, and this resort sits directly on it. Black Rock is at the north end, where the snorkeling is excellent and the cliff-diving ceremony happens each evening at sunset. Whalers Village is a short walk. Humpback season is underway in the Auau Channel by mid-December, and the whales are visible from shore.
Mid-December is one of the better-kept secrets on Maui. The weather is the same as the holiday weeks that follow, the beach is quieter, and you are home in plenty of time for Christmas.
This is an oceanfront guest room — a comfortable, well-appointed room with a private lanai and a direct ocean outlook. It sleeps four: a king bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa for additional accommodation. It suits a couple who want space, or a family of four who intend to spend their days on the beach and their evenings at Lahaina's restaurants rather than cooking in.

This accommodation is a guest room, not a villa. It does not include a full kitchen or in-unit laundry.
Full resort amenities and self-parking are included at no charge. There is no resort fee and no daily amenity charge on this reservation. These charges do not apply to a guest staying on an owner reservation.
Payment in full is required to confirm. Upon receipt, the renting party will be added to the reservation as authorized guest and written confirmation provided. As required by Marriott Vacation Club, the reservation remains in the owner's name as primary guest. The guest presents photo identification at check-in and no further documentation is required of them.
Guest additions must be processed more than 30 days before arrival. Bookings cannot be accepted inside that window.
Once payment has been made and the guest has been added to the reservation, this booking is non-refundable. No refund or credit is available for cancellation by the renting party, for late arrival, for early departure, or for any unused portion of the stay.
If the accommodation cannot be delivered for any reason, including cancellation by the resort or the vacation club, closure of the property, or the guest being denied check-in through no fault of the guest, the amount paid will be refunded in full. That refund is the renting party's sole and exclusive remedy, and the owner is not responsible for airfare, other travel costs, or any consequential damages.
Guests are encouraged to carry travel insurance.
Dates are fixed and cannot be changed or split. The reservation is for the full seven nights, December 12 through December 19, 2026.
