We personally live on island and treat each unit with the same attention, care, and aloha we give our own home. Staying here means you’re not just renting a condo—you’re being welcomed into our family’s place on Maui.

Our impeccably maintained ground-floor studio at Maui Kaanapali Villas is the ideal couples or family retreat, located just steps from a gated pool and jacuzzi and a 3 minute stroll through tropical gardens to world-famous Kaanapali Beach. We’re located north of Black Rock on a calm, serene stretch of beach that’s not overcrowded, yet still offers the conveniences of a resort beach with lounge chairs and amenities. Thoughtfully cared for and always sparkling clean, this condo is perfect for families with kids as well as couples who want comfort and convenience without compromise.

I chose this place due to the reviews, so it is only right that I leave a review. This far exceeded our expectations. No detail was forgotten. From the privacy on the back patio (that no other unit had), the location on the property, the welcome basket for guests, to the unit accommodating items you may have forgotten. Everything was spot on. Communcation was excellent and reassuring. Thank you for making our vacation even better than we expected.

Great location - close enough to get anywhere driving, clean, had everything you’d need for the beach, hotel staff were friendly and helped arrange adventures/activities and an easy check in/out! Best supplied and most comfortable VRBO, I've had! All very clean and comfortable. Kaanapali location and the Villas complex very well located. Pretty quiet. Lush grounds. Loved hanging out in the beach loungers, just watching for whales in sound between Maui and Lanai.

Resort is in a great location - nice beach that is walking distance from a fantastic reef for snorkeling. Unit is on the ground floor with direct access to the lawn and has a wagon with all the supplies you need for the beach. Responsive host who provided a deluxe welcome basket.

It is a beautiful condo

Very nice. The air conditioner was a great addition. It was hot for me outside but I found relief in condo. All I needed for stay was here. The shower is AMAZING. I’m going to look for this when I get home.

Wonderful well equipped stay

We very much enjoyed the condo. It was clean, comfortable, well located and had everything one needs while away from home. The patio area was particularly well suited for relaxation and a surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the welcome basket. Please note the bed is quite firm.

We have stayed here twice, both visits were great. The location is perfect for a relaxing get away… the pool is only steps from the lanai, and the beach is a short walk from there. We look to return again next year!

Very Pleased!

Thank you Jeanne for a wonderful stay. We felt so welcomed by all the personal touches. We enjoyed the basket with wine and local treats, and the fresh flower/greenery garnishments throughout the spotless unit. The decor is inviting and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. It was so nice to have use of the wagon full of beach gear, especially the chairs. This unit had everything we needed and more. Nice location on the property, adjacent to one of the pools and a short walk through the property to the uncrowded beach. We've been staying at MKV for the past 10 years and this is our new favorite unit, loved the old Hawaii vibes!

Beautiful!

The unit was very clean, cozy and beautifully appointed. We loved bed the nice welcome basket of goodies and the charming special touches, like orchid blossoms placed on the towels and little candies wrapped in tropical leaves and flowers on the bed. There were potted orchids growing in several locations, so it really felt like a special tropical getaway. Communication with the host was excellent too!

Nice Place To Stay

Host did a great job making us feel welcomed. The supply of beach gear and wagon to pull it was a great touch in addition to the welcome setup. There is a slight walk to the beach but not bad and easy to navigate (especially with the wagon provided). A pool right out back and a larger one just off the beach with the restaurant. Only issue was tried to call host before leaving to discuss leftover groceries. Checkout procedure only referenced towels and dishes and didn't want to waste unopened food if cleaning staff would use it. Was unable to reach Jeanne that morning to confirm whether it was ok to leave it or to throw it away. Left is since checkout procedures didn't specify anything on the subject and was unable to reach Jeanne. Great location and setup and would stay again. Very nice.

Very very Nice!

We were very pleased and impressed! This was the cleanest and best appointed VRBO we've ever rented. Everything was very clean and organized. Fresh flower lei, fresh flower garlands on towels and pillows, a chocolate wrapped in a palm leaf on the pillows with the flower, a welcome basket of local treats coffee and wine was left for us. These were above and beyond the usual expectation and made us feel so welcome and at home. Plentiful essentials supply organized in a bathroom drawer. Kitchen well stocked. Mattress was comfortable. Parking convenient and available. Nice beach a short walk away. Beach essentials provided in a nice foldable wagon. Very nice gated pool and hot tub right out the lanai door. A short drive to restaurants in Lahaina. Pleasant resort neighborhood. We could not have been more pleased! We will definitely seek to stay here again in the future.
