อยากจะบอกว่าการจองผ่านแอปโฮเท็ลไม่สามารถเช็คอินได้ เนื่องจากทางโรงแรมไม่มีข้อมูลการจองของลูกค้าล่วงหน้า ต้องเอาใบเสร็จให้ดู จึงจัดห้องให้ได้ ถ้าหากห้องมีลูกค้าชำระหน้าเคาเตอร์เต็ม แล้วผมจะทำอย่างไร ทั้งๆที่ชำระเงินไปแล้ว
