Wonderful staff trying to do their best in the middle of a remodel in a dated property - few restaurant options near the hotel - Unfortunately, we had no view to the lake because of the remodel; however, we were never informed about this neither by the hotel not by hotels.com when we made the reservation.

設備がすこし古いが、広くゆったりしていた。夕食、朝食ともにおいしく、上品な感じ温泉の湯は塩分を含みよく温まった。露天風呂は屋外にある浴槽というだけの感じだが、広いのでゆったりできた。

天井が剥がれ落ちるって笑

家族旅行で利用しました。 朝に大浴場の天井が剥がれ落ちて、女性用が利用停止となりました。もともと補修依頼などしていたとはおっしゃっていましたが、天井がつながっている男性用は利用継続で特に注意喚起もなかったです。 あとで調べましたが、関係法やガイドライン的には、宿泊客への注意喚起や他設備に問題がないのであればその説明が必要なようですが特にありませんでした。 普通のサービスは悪くなかったと思いますが、トラブル対応に関してはクリティカルに不安です。 食事は美味しかったです。
